He is survived by: his children, Gavin Thomas Mitchell of Chesapeake, VA, Addison Veronica Mitchell of Chesapeake, VA and Peyton Elizabeth Mitchell of Chesapeake, VA; his sister Jennifer Fuller; and also, Andy, Janice Sopp of Taylor and Melissa Moore (Craig) of Malvern. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and additional nieces and nephews.
