He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Brown Norfleet; his children, Christine Frasher (Chris), Carrie Norfleet and Robert Norfleet, Jr. (Erica); his grandsons, Dylan Wilson and Luke Frasher; and his siblings, Hugh Norfleet (Mary) and Ginny Flanders (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
