He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Burki and Hilda Cisko. He is survived by: his wife Donna Cisko; and his children, Ronnie Kirk Cisko, Steven Paul Cisko, Aaron Wayne Cisko, DeDe Cisko and Ronny Lynn McMillian. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends.
