He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gayle Woolard of Little Washington; his sisters, Ellan Pittman Smithwick (Billy) of Glen Allen and JoAnn Reynolds of Chesapeake, Virginia.; his daughters, Amber Pittman-Hester of Chesapeake and Heather Nicole Pittman of Rodanthe; and his granddaughters, Austen Oliva Pittman and Taylor Grace Hester.
