He is survived by: his children, Richard (Keisha), Larry, Joe (Mercedes), Antonio, Terry, Pamela, Sharon, Yetta, Trena, Michelle and Delphia; and his siblings, Charles Beach (Eldrene) of Virginia, Herbert Portsmouth (Agnes), Horace Portsmouth (Vanessa), Alvin (Shelby) of Florida, Vivian, Alvina, Joyce "BooBoo" and Chesapeake. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.
