He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Turner and Wildred Turner; and his sisters, Ritta Elliott and Karen Turner. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Foster of San Diego, CA, Ronnie and Ray Turner (Benita) of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
