He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Stout and William Stout; and his grandmother Agnes Beaty. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his stepchildren, Mike (Shannon), Lynn (Aaron) and Kristy (Edwin); his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn (Kyle), Remielle and Reyan; his siblings, Lisa (Bruce), Terisa (Steve) and William (Deb); his nieces, Ashley and Libby (Robert); his nephew Spencer (Victoria); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Myles, Adlee, Sophia, Robert, Hyatt and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any donations be made in support of the Dozoretz Hospice House of Hampton Roads which provided excellent care to Sonny.
