She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Benjamin Hill and Myra Stephenson Hill; her former husband Arthur Tribble; her husband Blake Harrison Congleton; her siblings, Frank Stephenson Hill and Doris Hill Newsom; her sons, Arthur Tribble Jr. and Grady Tribble; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Tribble.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Tribble Harris of Norfolk; and her grandchildren, Anne Renee Harris of Virginia Beach, Constance Melvin (Bill) of Virginia Beach, Glynis Williford of Norfolk, James Arthur Tribble (Audrey) of Charlotte and Glen Tribble (Joy) of Norfolk. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews and extended family.
