He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth R. Bazemore and Jean E. Bazemore; and his sister Catherine B. Caburnay. He is survived by: his wife Laura L. Bazemore; his sons, Seth R. Bazemore, IV and Adam G. Bazemore; his nieces, Michelle B. Caburnay and Myresa N. Caburnay; his mother-in-law Nadine Roberts; and his siblings-in-law, Cliff Aydlette (Cindy), Richard Aydlette (Beth), Alisa King (Terry) and Shelly Johnson (Darrell). He is also survived by four nieces, four nephews and two God-children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
