She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert Blanks and Carmen Beamer Blanks Majette; and her husband Melvin Roy Collier. She is survived by: her daughter Kris Carroll (Kevin); her granddaughters, Kendall Carroll and Kirsten Carroll; her brother Jim Blanks (Jean Anne); and her nephews, Justin Blanks (Denean) and Joshua Blanks.
