She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelious "Neil" Taybron and Bessie Taybron; her parents-in-law, Luther and Vashti Perry; and her siblings, Elder Taybron, Dorcie Lee "Bo" Taybron, Jimmy Taybron, Paul Neal Taybron, Mattie Bell Blackwell, Valley Mae Stokes, Irene Perry and Maybell "Tabby" Taybron.

She is survived by: her husband Thurman W. Perry (Goodbar); her sister Bettie Joyce Hood; her daughters, Waltrine Barks, Tiajuana Perry and LaShon Perry; her grandchildren, James Perry, Denzel Perry, Darious Barks, Bria Perry and Emmanuel Perry; her great grandchildren, Bryce Perry, Lillian Perry and Micah Perry; her children, Barbara Twine (Phillip), Donna Thornton (Michael) and Jerome Rider (Bridgette); and her grandchildren, Keith Tigner, Phillip Twine Jr., Andre Twine, Alexis Thornton Tang-Nian, Alyssa Thornton, Alayna Thornton and Carwyn Rider. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, church members, and friends.
