He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Lynn Fisher, Deborah Ann Gilmore and Mary Christine Church; his significant other Doris E. Brickhouse; his stepdaughter Trisha "Pat" Richardson; and his sisters, Estelle, Betty and Marion. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
