He was predeceased by: his father Ted W. Embry, Sr.; and his sister Holly Jo Embry. He is survived by: his mother Donna Mansfield Embry; his wife Cynthia R. Embry; his sons, Christian P. Embry and Trey Embry; his sister Melody Embry; and his pets, Roxy and Pepé. He is also survived by niece; nephew; and 11 great nieces and nephews.
