She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Cerkez (Gerard) and Teresa Poore; her grandchildren, Lauren Franza (Peter), Gerard Cerkez, Jr. (Rachel) and Angelique Slevenski (Jason); her great grandchildren, Christian Martin Poore, Emma Rose Franza, Christa Mary Poore, Ava Marie Franza, Elizabeth Grace Cerkez and Alexander Martin Cerkez; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Jason Edward Slevenski II, Tyler Jordan Slevenski and Brandon Lee Slevenski.
