He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Virginia Lee Duff Bess; his wife Linda Faye Bess; his sister Phyllis Gilbert; his daughter Virginia "Jennie" Wigginton (Scott); and his granddaughters, Natalie and Abigail Wigginton. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
