He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Casper and Gladys Casper; his sister Alice; and his children, Cynthia, Tommy and David.
He is survived by: his son Jerry (Daphne); his granddaughter Jillian (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Camden, Weston and Lennon; and his sister Odella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
