He was predeceased by: his former wife Pattie West Culpepper; his parents, Thomas Edmund Culpepper, Jr. and Audrey Bailey Culpepper; and his brother Alwyn H. Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dale Fisher Culpepper; his sister Audrey Lynnette Culpepper Mongesku (Dennis); his children, Deborah C. Waters (Louis), Thomas W. Culpepper, Jr. (Dianne), Karen R. Culpepper, Brian D. Culpepper (Mila), L. Wayne Fisher (Cheryl) and Cindy Fisher; Charlotte F. Griffin (David). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
