We announce the death of Tracy Bowdwin in Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2026, at the age of 63. Tracy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Caretha Zuell and Arturo Felipe Bowdwin; and his brother Arturo Bowdwin Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Curt Bowdwin Sr. and Berlinda Bowdwin; his girlfriend Cynthia Boney; his daughters, Kellye (Alphonso Rose) and Melina (Jonathan Prevost); his grandchildren, Amare, Xavier, Kazir Rose, Ariya Prevost and Warren Boney; his sisters-in-law, Alice Wilson, Dina Rice and Lynda Abrams; and his children, Tiffany Boney and Andre Boney (AJ).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Roosevelt Fire Department Santa Sleigh Ride, which held special meaning for Tracy.
