He is survived by: his son Vincent Gregory Rice, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sydney of Virginia Beach, VA; his daughter Kayla Rice of Moyock; and his siblings, Deborah Smith (Clifton Smith, IV) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and W. Armoire Rice Jr. of Seaford, Delaware. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
