She is survived by: her husband Frank Forbes, Jr.; and her sons, Alan Forbes, Sr. (Helen), James Forbes (Elizabeth), Carl Forbes and Charles Forbes. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 nephew, and 3 nieces.
