He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Carlock and Myrtle Walker Carlock. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Hawkins Carlock; his son Russell Carlock (Connie); his grandchildren, Tara Skinner (Christopher) and Rusty Carlock, Jr. (Marcela); his great grandchildren, Christopher, Jr., Abigail, Andrew, Sebastian and Adela; and his brother-in-law Frank Hawkins (Elaine). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
