He is survived by: his children, William Henry Carr Jr. (Renee) of Chesapeake and Theresa Ann Carr of London; his siblings, Leonard Carr (Bonnie) of London, Dennis Carr (Tara) of London, Lillie Hicks of London, Rita Cherry (Wendell) of London and Linda Sue Mason of London; his sister-in-law Muriel Carr of London; his grandchildren, Alyssa Jayde Carr, William Andrew Carr, Nathaniel Christopher Price, Helen Catharine Price, Eva Elizabeth Price and T'Anna Tyler Price; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Barton-Carr, Emzie Roy Blankenship III, Bella Rose Blankenship, Kynlee Renee Chapman, Judith Renee Blankenship and Kenneth Blake "KJ" Chapman.
