He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Delaney, III and Jean Claire Neistemski Delaney. He is survived by: his significant other Marie Connors; his children, Amber Delaney Lawrence (Owen) and William Michael "Billy" Delaney; his grandchildren, Cillian Jeremiah Lawrence and Harlan William Lawrence; and his nephews, Joseph "Joey" Gowers (Kay) and Anthony "Tony" Gowers (Michelle).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Briggs Funeral Home & Crematory (1748 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
