He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Hawkins; his daughters, Lisa Marie Beaman (Kristopher), Lori Hough and Kelli Derrick (Steven Henderson); his brother Thomas Hawkins, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Justin, Cayden, Cameron and Mia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
