He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Gentry and Marjorie M. Gentry. He is survived by: his friend Sherrion Gentry-White. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
His contributions to his community were substantial and enduring.
