William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lottman; his children, Ashley and David Lottman; his grandsons, Nikolas and Gavyn Russell; his sisters, Ruth (Tim Morgan) and Nancy (Peter Freda); his parents-in-law, John and Linda Creed; and his mother Joan Lottman. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Heart Association in Teak's memory, reflecting his lifelong commitment to health and community.
