He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wilson Manley of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings, Albert Manley (Marjorie) of Cofield, NC and Wilhelmenia Herring of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Philippi Baptist Church (550 NC-45, Cofield, NC 27922).
