He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Bell Chavis and Johnny Forman; and his wife Ada Gray Suggs. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie, Willie (Jerome) and Tonya. He is also survived by oldest of eleven children…. four sisters and six brothers.
