She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Smith and Nellie McDougle Smith; and her siblings, Ralph Smith, Rosa Smith Creed, Sarah Joyce Smith Hnat, Vada Lois Smith Conaway, Betty Ruth Smith Carver, Bernice Smith Fuller, Alene Smith Moore and Virginia Smith Keller.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Smith and Georgie Smith Meadows; and her grandchildren, Derrick Cochran, Keith Cochran, Angie Hall, Harley Reece and Jennifer Reece. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
