We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2024, at the age of 83, Wise C. Semones Jr. (Chesapeake, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Wise leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Payne Semones; and his siblings, Annie Laura McGee (Calvin) and David M. Semones (Gayle). He is survived by: his wife Bettie Lou Semones; his daughters, Denise Seamster (Clay) and Melissa Goodrich (Mark); his brother Jonathan Semones (Vicky); and his grandson Julian Wise Seamster.
