Kisner of Chester Gap and Grayson J. Kisner of Chester Gap; his sister Tracy Kisner of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Jaidyn M. Hartley, Hunter G. Carroll, Kyleigh L. Kisner and Oakleigh E. Kisner; the mothers of children, Karen Gaines and Maria Kisner; his close friend Kathy Hensley; and his mother Terry Lynn Kisner. He was also cherished by his loving family and his numerous friends.
