She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Lee and Thomas Luther Biggs, Jr.; and her husband Joseph Lee Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Anne Powell Kiser (Taft Kiser); her grandchildren, Rhiannon Ferrell (Victor Ferrell, Jr.), Joseph Cree (Julia Elkins) and Thomas Cree (Hannah Tippett); her great grandchild Jackson Ferrell; and her cousin Phillip Biggs.
