She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter Kalichak and Helen Kalichak; and her brothers, Nicholas "Nicky" Kalichak and Stephen Kalichak. She is survived by : her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Kalichak, Peter "Petey" Kalichak (Peg) and John Kalichak (Bonnie); and her aunt Barb. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
