He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Stubbs and Esther Irene Ecenrode Stubbs; and his brother Barry Stubbs. He is survived by: his wife Judy G. Stubbs of Chester, VA; his children, Brent C. Stubbs (Abby) of Hagerstown, MD and Renee Kristin Wassum (J. D.) of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Barbara Dill (Tom) of Lynchburg, VA and Robert Stubbs (Lee) of Harrington, DE; and his grandchildren, Madison C. Stubbs, Camryn G. Stubbs and Aiden C. Stubbs.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Denton Church of the Nazarene (10660 Greensboro Rd, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
