She was predeceased by: her parents, Mollie Ford, and Gourley Ford, Sr.; and her spouse Dr. Hunter D. Hamlett. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Gregory Hamlett (Brenda) of Woodbridge and Jeffrey Hamlett (Kristina) of Henrico, Virginia; her granddaughters, Faith H. Cooke of Fredericksburg and Kirsten H. Rock; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Teagan Cooke of Fredericksburg, Khloe Rock of Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, Calvin Rock and Aidan Cooke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
