She was predeceased by : her parents, John Webster and Carrie Webster; her husband Ulysses G. Mines; and her siblings, Robert Webster (Hazel), Marguerite Henderson, John Webster, Jr. (Bertha), Joseph Webster (Juanita), Harold Webster, James Webster and Carroll Webster.

She is survived by : her daughter Theresa Mines; her grandchildren, Martina Allen and Andy Mines (Julissa); her great grandchild Liannah Carey; and her siblings, Mary White (Clarence) and Willie Webster (Michele). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
