She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stephens and Anne May Stephens; her siblings, Charles, Nancy, John and Joseph; her former husband Don Blackwell; and her son Christopher.
She is survived by: her husband Ed of Fran; her children, Michael Blackwell (Wendy), Diane and Steve (Jennifer); and her stepchildren, David Allan (Margo), Barbara Allan (Greg) and Beth Mortenson (Wayne). She is also survived by ten grand children, and (so far) nine great grandchildren.
Donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity, an organization close to the hearts of she and Ed as they were active participants with the charity when they were younger helping build houses for those in need.
