He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sciortino-Cook; his children, Jamie (Christy), Anna (Terry Whitt) and Nick Mangiaracina (Lisa); his grandchildren, Zachary (Trinity), Kristen, Tyler (Caitlyn), Matthew, Landen, Nick (Riley), Kaylee, Austen and Ashten; his siblings, Shirley Thomas, Carl (Joye) and Christine Cook; his brother-in-law Stephen Beverly; and his friends, Herrera, Timberman, Rosales, Sciortino, Roman, Fountain, Hepburn and Curry.
