She was predeceased by : her parents, William Battle and Alice Battle; and her brother Dale Wayne Battle. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Owen; her children, Holly Conner (Jay), Jason Owen and Brandon Owen (Berkeley); her granddaughters, Caitlin (Nathan) and Lauren (Orrin); and her brother Billy Battle. She is also survived by friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity in Judy's name.

“So sorry to hear of your wife/ mother/ grandmother's passing. Her family was the light of her life and I loved watching her eyes light up as she talked about each of you. She was a sweet lady with a kind heart, and I will remember her fondly. She was such a light to me as a young mom, gently guiding with wise counsel on many things. I am sorry that we lost touch, but wanted you all to know that we are praying for your healing as you grieve her loss.”
