She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer H. Price and Marie A. Cumber; her stepfather Joseph Tisdale Sr.; and her brother Joseph Tisdale Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Clarinda "Cleo" Baker; her son-in-law Christopher Baker; her grandson Steven Baker; her sister Kathy Cokes; her nephew Ronnie Cokes, Jr.; and her nieces, Shannon Jean-Pierre (Joseph) and Courtney Tisdale. She is also survived by several cousins as well as many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Community Room at Chester Village Senior Apartments (11701 Chester Village Dr, Chester, VA 23831).
