She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Hogue, and Roy Wilson Hogue, Sr.; her former husband David Gerald Mingea; and also Mark David Mingea. She is survived by: her husband James Allen Ruble; her daughter Pamela Mingea Robertson (Mickey); her daughter-in-law Carol Hiott Mingea; her grandchildren, Mandy Hiott, Courtney Mingea, Erin Robertson Weekley (Colten), David Robertson, Cameron Mingea and Catie Robertson; her great grandchildren, Mason, Cayleigh, Blaire and Blakely; and her brother Roy Wilson Hogue, Jr. (Brenda).
