She was predeceased by : her parents, John Edgar Mincey and Nancy Elizabeth "Lizzie" Ganis Mincey; her husband William Eugene "Bill" Franklin; and her siblings, William Henry Mincey, Harold Delano Mincey, Richard Eugene Mincey, Nell Vena Mincey Long, Glenda Cornelia Mincey Strickland and Felicia Sue Dustin.
She is survived by : her daughter Elizabeth Franklin Bowman; her son-in-law James Bowman; her granddaughter Emily Bowman; her sisters, Myrtle Jordan and Dorothy Heffer (Malcolm); and her siblings-in-law, Rosario Mincey, Peggy Franklin, Claudia Autry (Kenneth) and William Strickland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
