She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Carter; her parents, Robert William Cannon and Annie Morris Cannon; and her siblings, Morris Cannon, Clyde Cannon, Margaret Dilio and Julia Ann Snead.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Edward Carter (Ethel); her grandchildren, Allison Mayorga (Misael), Joshua Carter (Emily), Daniel Carter, Noah Carter, Anna Carter and Gabrielle Carter; and her great grandchild Lukas Mayorga-Carter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
