Reid; his wife Valerie Reid; his mother-in-law Juanita Surdam; his sisters, Nancy Pannell Roane (Carl), Mary R. Lee (Dean), Carolyn R. Smith (Ronnie) and Gwen F. Reid; his nephews, Robert F. Pannell, II (Angi), Brendan Lee (Nicole), Landon Lee (Kirsten), Addison Keener, Conley Hudson, Grey Haubert and Reed Haubert; and his aunt Betty Lou Cook.

“I am sad to hear that my long time friend; Ronnie Reid passed away this week. I will truly miss him! He once told me that I was the person responsible for his love of 1955 Chevrolet's and I replied "If that is the worst thing I ever taught you; consider yourself lucky". We were instantly friends; KINDRED SPIRITS; as I love to say! I have lived long enough to know that we all will outlive a few people we had a special bond with and Ronnie is one of mine! Tom Webster”
