He is survived by: his mother Carol Hylton Boyd; his wife Crystal King Boyd of Chester; his sons, Chuckie Earhart of Radford, Philip Overman, III of Chester, VA and Colin Overman of Chester, VA; his siblings, Stephan Boyd (Debbie) of Pulaski and Evelyn "Sissy" Boyd of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Atticus Earhart, Melody Earhart, James Earhart, Charles Earhart and Maggie; his nephew Charlie Abbott; and his niece Delainey Boyd.
