He is survived by: his wife Peggy Stroop; his daughters, Sue Osterbind (Donnie), Shirley Haynes (Rick), Sharon Moore and Sandy Bergenhagen (Michael); his siblings, Erwin Stroop, Mary McDaniel, Irene Helmick and Kathleen Brown; his sister-in-law Reba Stroop; and his grandchildren, Shane Osterbind (Angela), Sara Chaplain (Cory), Kimberley Hemesath (Nick), Mary Johnson (Matt), Joshua W. Moore (Ashlyn), Ashley Bergenhagen, Katelyn Bergenhagen, Brittany Moore and Ryan Bergenhagen. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
