Mosby and Deaconess Mildred Mosby; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Surley, Annie Spencer, Carrie Booker, Dennis Mosby, Herman Coleman, Ollie Trent, John Mosby, Claiborne Mosby, William Henry Smith and Harvey "Gerald" Mosby.
He is survived by: his cousin Roger Jones (Day); his children, Guy Lewis (Charlene), Bryant Lewis (Tenecia), Beatrice Gidget Priest (Waun) and Jessica Smith (Alex); his grandchildren, Xaviar Lewis (Brittany), Dreshawn Ellsworth, Treshaun Ellsworth, Carlos Tyler, Carla Lewis, Nicole Beuns and Brandon Robertson; his great grandchildren, Dynastee Ellsworth, Semirra Beuns and Kelicia Parker; his siblings, Hilda Trent, Barbara Mosby, Delois Cuspard (Herman), Harold and Fred Walker; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Coleman, Linda Lewis and Novella Jones (James); his aunt Regina Jefferson; his nephews, Kerry Williams, Linwood Tyrone Williams, Darryl Thomas and Roosevelt Mayfield; Mabel Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
