She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Burrell" Allen and Rosa Allen; her son Charles W. Dickerson Jr.; and her brother William T. Allen. She is survived by: her sister Barbara; her grandson Donte'Faison; and her sibling's children, Barbie "Tawanda" Steed, Patrick A. Steed and Anthony Squire.
