He is survived by : his daughters, Dawn Rene Shay, Rala Heinen, Sandra Heinen and Catherine Heinen Parsons (Travis); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Jennifer Shay, Hollen, Cole Parsons and David Dietrich Heinen.
