She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwyn "Sonny" Emory and Louise Jessup Emory; her husband C. R. "Randy" Stevens; her daughter Lucy Stevens; and her siblings, Bubba Emory and Regena Christansen.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Sowards (Joe) and Matthew Stevens (Rachel); her grandchildren, Austin, Halie Sowards, Sean Davis (Janae), Sawyer and Mason Stevens; her brother Jerry Emory; and her nieces and nephews, Phillip Chappell (Warunee), Jonathan Chappell, Jessica and Heidi Emory. She is also survived by two great-nephews, four great-nieces, many other family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805).
